These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by YO GALLANT LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to them.

Services

We provide web development, SEO, app development, startup setup, social media management and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price for your project are set out in a written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

Quotes and estimates

Prices shown on this website are starting points for standard packages. Final pricing depends on scope. Any quote we provide is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Payment

• Monthly plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Project work may require a deposit before work begins.
• Setup fees, where applicable, are one-time and non-refundable once work has started.
• Domain and hosting renewals are billed annually at the rate shown on your plan.
• Late payment may result in suspension of hosting or services after notice.

Client responsibilities

Projects depend on timely input. You agree to provide content, feedback, approvals and access to any accounts we need. Delays in these will move the delivery date. You confirm that any content you supply — text, images, logos, data — is either owned by you or properly licensed.

Ownership

Once a project is completed and paid in full, ownership of the design assets, code and content produced for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries or components used to build it, and the right to describe the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Third-party services

Projects often rely on third-party platforms — hosting, domain registrars, payment processors, advertising networks and app stores. Those services have their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for their availability, policy changes or decisions, including app store rejections or advertising account suspensions.

Results and performance

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts or revenue. Search engines and advertising platforms control their own algorithms and policies. We commit to the agreed work and to reporting honestly on outcomes.

Cancellation

Monthly plans may be cancelled with notice as set out in your agreement. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded. On cancellation we will provide a copy of your site files and assist with transferring your domain.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.
